The Melted Chocolate Chips

I have been making this for some years now. I melt some good chocolate chips and mix some cream and Baileys to it. I don’t do measurements because I avoid thinking of numbers. But when the mixture is smooth and even and the taste is all balanced which depends on your preference, a Bailey chocolate is ready to eat. But of course, let it cool and while it does, think. Because apparently this is bad for the health but as with other things, it’s good for the emotions.
