A Different Kind of Coffee

Irish coffee is really a cocktail. It is a combination of hot black coffee, some Irish whiskey and a teaspoon of brown sugar stirred until fully dissolved. Then a layer of thick cream is placed floating on top. 

Though Irish coffee has been here for at least a hundred years, it was said that this coffee ruins three good drinks: coffee, whiskey and cream.
